Kirsty assisted greatly in the start of Liquor Licensing Bureau. Her background started as a Legal Secretary in 1979 followed by 20 years as a Registered Nurse. For the last ten years Liquor Licensing Bureau has been a full time job for Kirsty and she is responsible for office administration and backup consultancy and Manager’s Certificate applications and Special Licence applications.

Kirsty is also now tutoring Food Safety courses which is a natural companion to her nursing background.
