By attending our training course, you have the opportunity to gain an essential qualification that will help to improve your employment earning possibilities and to obtain
or hold a Manager’s Certificate.
 
Courses are conducted in one or two sessions, usually a week apart. Sometimes the assessment could be at a later date if you need more time to study.

- Our own comprehensive manual (recommended by the Hospitality Standards Institute) which is also a useful premises handbook.
- A pass letter, which acknowledges achievements of unit levels to successful participants, which is nationally recognised.

- A range of posters and related trade information FREE to course participants.
- Back up services to our business.
- Assistance with learning difficulties.
Course cost options range from $155 to $225 (as at March 2011), but may be subject to change. Full details are available on the registration form. 

 

OUR GUARANTEE. 
If you don’t pass the first time, there are opportunities to ”finish it off” at a later date.
Should the required standard not then be achieved a second or even a third course sit through is available (at ½ price), or you could just complete a further assessment ($25.00).
 
CANCELLATIONS / DEFERRALS.
Let us know at least five working days before commencement of the course, and we will defer without penalty. For cancellation there is a $10.00 administration fee applicable. Within five working days there will be a $50 fee for cancellation or deferment. Sorry no refund for no show or non-completion.
