operate under one of the following:

· On Licence
· Off licence
· Club Licence
· Special Licence

You should be aware of the conditions you must control. Be familiar with the licence of the premises you work on – it should be on the wall anyway!

A manager (holding a certificate) must be on duty at all times liquor is sold or supplied to the public (Section 115).

It is important to be able to prove to your DLA Inspector. Police and the LLA, that you know and understand your obligations under the sale of Liquor Act 1989.
